This unique loft-style apartment is located in a beautiful and renovated tenement house on the 3rd floor. The interior is fully furnished and equipped. The front wall of the living room is 4.5 meters high and allows to admire the view of the city through large wooden windows. Original accessories create a cozy and unique character. The walk to the Sopot Pier takes approx. 7 minutes. Obrońców Westerplatte Street, the former name of Villa Street, intersects with Czyżewski street where the Sierakowskich Manor is located. You can drop here by for a delicious coffee and cake (next to the playground for children)and learn about Sopot history. The tenement house is adjacent to numerous Art Nouveau residences like the famous Villa Berger in Sopot. In close proximity, there is the Sopot Music School (a building worth seeing), the historic Sopot Library, “Atelier” theatre. The apartment is also very conveniently located for Guests coming to Sopot by public transport, as the train station is located within 3 min walk.
